Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. The policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Q. Do you ship Nationwide?

A. Yes, we offer nationwide shipping. Simply place your order through our Webstore. You can also reach out to us via our Facebook page for further assistance.

 

Q. How much is the shipping fee?

A. The standard shipping fee is free. 

 

Q. Which courier services do you work with?

A. We utilize JNT Express and LBC as our partner couriers, primarily because we offer cash on delivery (COD) payment option. Please note that the choice of courier will depend on the recipient's location.

 

Q. How Can I track my order?

A. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking link and tracking number. If the tracking link does not display your tracking number, you can use the tracking tools provided by JNT Express and LBC.

 

Q. What is the estimated delivery time?

A. For nationwide deliveries, the following schedules apply: 1-3 days within Metro Manila and 5-7 days for provincial addresses (excluding holidays and circumstances beyond our control). Please note that deliveries from any province to any destination will adhere to the 5-7 day provincial schedule. Some areas may experience delays due to pandemic-related restrictions. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We value your patronage.

Please note that all sales are final. However, we offer the option to exchange items in the following cases: if the items have factory defects upon delivery or if the size, color, or item delivered was incorrect. To facilitate the exchange process, please ensure that you have a photo of the item and that the tag is still intact and unattached.

We will be happy to exchange the product for a new one, subject to availability. In the event that the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be provided.

For all eligible returns or exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

When placing an order, please take a moment to double-check all shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for shipments that fail to reach their intended destination due to inaccurate shipping details. If you realize that you have entered incorrect shipping information, kindly contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
